Samba New York! Terms & Conditions:<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>

1. Payment Schedule:<\/b> Unless otherwise indicated elsewhere on this website, or otherwise agreed upon in writing by Samba New York! and the buyer, payment for all services is due as follows: Payment for courses is due in full by the due date indicated for each course. Payment for coaching programs is due in full immediately upon booking and before the start date of the program. Payment for workshop programs is due as follows: 50% of the total fee is due immediately upon booking; the remaining 50% balance is due on the last day of the service. Payment for shows is due as follows: 50% of the total fee is due immediately upon booking; the remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the performance. Payment for trips is due according to the payment schedule indicated for each trip.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

2. Refund\/Credit Policy for Services: <\/b>Samba New York! does not offer refunds or credits for any of its services (courses, coaching, workshops, shows, trips, etc.) for any reason, no matter how much of such service was used by the buyer, except if Samba New York! cancels a service before it begins, in which case the buyer is entitled to a full refund of whatever amount they may have already paid for the canceled service or a credit for the equivalent amount (certain restrictions apply). If Samba New York! cancels a service, and the service has already begun, the buyer is only responsible for paying for the portion of the service that has already been offered, regardless of how much of the portion of the service offered was used by the buyer (for example, if Samba New York! cancels a course after the first class was offered, the buyer is only responsible for paying for that first class, regardless of whether the buyer attended that class or not). The Refund Policy for the Samba New York! Online Academy is outlined on the Academy page in the FAQ\u2019s section.<\/span><\/p>

3. Refund\/Exchange\/Credit Policy for Products:<\/b> All of Samba New York\u2019s products are considered final sale products, and Samba New York! does not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for any of its products sold for any reason.<\/span><\/p>

4. Media Consent:<\/b><\/p>

By participating in any of Samba New York\u2019s services (including, but not limited to, as a student, trip participant, performer, client or audience member), you grant Samba New York! permission to capture, use and publish media, including but not limited to photographs, video recordings, audio recordings and digital recordings, which may feature your image, likeness, voice, performance or visual works (referred to collectively as \u201cMedia\u201d). You agree that Samba New York!, its affiliates, successors and assigns will have the irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual right to:<\/span><\/p>
